Jitai Breaks Ground on Brand New Facility

Jitai Electronics has embarked on the construction of a sprawling 20,000 square meter facility in Yixing City. Commencing in December, this initiative marks the inception of a cutting-edge facility poised to nearly quadruple the company's current production capacity. Upon completion, the estimated annual production of ceramic and metal hermetic packages for microelectronics is expected to surpass 10 million units. Located on a 1.7-hectare plot within the Jiangsu Yixing Ceramics Industrial Park, situated just south of the city center, this cutting-edge complex highlights the company's dedication to growth and advancement.

The initial phase of construction will prioritize two workshops, specializing in sintering, welding, brazing, and plating. Each workshop will span three levels, boasting over 1800 square meters of floor space, amounting to a total of 11,000 square meters. The construction period will be 1.5 years and will be completed in June 2023.

Following this phase, subsequent stages will involve the establishment of a research facility, office buildings, a warehouse, and sewage treatment stations.In an effort to substantially enhance output capacity, Jitai has allocated over 120 million RMB, which includes acquiring more than 200 pieces of advanced production and analysis equipment.With construction scheduled for completion in 2023, the company forecasts an output value surpassing 500 million RMB. This strategic expansion will enable Jitai to streamline lead times and undertake a broader array of projects, both in scale and complexity. To accommodate this expansion, the company has begun efforts to increase its workforce.

Yixing's advantageous location, in close proximity to the tech hubs and educational institutions of nearby metropolises such as Shanghai, Nanjing, and Hangzhou, has proven instrumental over the years. With the unveiling of this new, state-of-the-art facility, Jitai aims to further capitalize on the abundant tech talent indigenous to the Pearl River Economic Delta Zone, fortifying its standing in the industry.
