On March 1, 2020, Jitai Electronics Co., Ltd. convened a work safety meeting led by the production department to devise a plan for ensuring workplace safety throughout the year.
The period from March 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, was segmented into three stages:
During the first stage, from March 1 to March 31, all staff members from every department underwent training sessions focused on the "working project of special amendment for work safety." This initiative aimed to instill a proactive mindset in identifying potential risks and cultivate a conducive atmosphere for special amendment endeavors. Departments diligently worked on minimizing and implementing the project's contents, meticulously evaluating equipment and facility capacities within their respective departments to ensure comprehensive identification of potential risks without overlooking any blind spots.
Moving into the second stage, spanning from April 1 to September 30, all responsible departments prioritized key personnel, critical points, and essential links, conducting thorough web monitoring for complete coverage. Building upon previous preparatory efforts, departments meticulously assessed the number of hazardous bases and safety statuses across all departments, emphasizing accountability at every level. Stringent measures were taken to address potential risks comprehensively and regulate procedures thoroughly.
In the final stage, from October 1 to December 31, departments were tasked with further enhancing and consolidating the effects of special amendments based on the groundwork laid by responsible departments.
Management intensification, responsibility clarification, and amendment assessment: From general managers to frontline staff, everyone must prioritize the identification of potential safety risks. Serious accountability, strict adherence to arrangements, and mobilization of all staff are essential. Identified issues and safety-related accidents should be promptly reported and addressed, with thorough registration and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
Intensified education, training, and on-site management: Alongside self-checks for potential risks, rigorous technical safety training for all staff and adherence to pre-job training protocols are crucial. Establishing a robust safety culture through various training methods, including lectures, field guides, safety signals, caution lights, and safety knowledge dissemination, is paramount.
Emergency management intensification and rehearsal organization: To enhance all factory staff's ability to handle emergencies and minimize risks, thorough research, amendment, and revision of pre-arranged emergency plans and field procedures are necessary. Regular rehearsals of emergency plans should be organized to ensure preparedness.
The company will rigorously implement "examination methods of rewards and punishments in work safety" and related systems. Achievement of annual safety goals will be rewarded, while departments or personnel responsible for accidents due to delayed identification of potential risks will face serious consequences. Disciplinary violations will be promptly addressed, with repeated offenders facing strict punishment.
